Check-in online, select your seat, print your boarding pass, away you go! To check-in online, you’ll usually need to provide your Booking reference number (also called PNR or reservation number). This is a six-digit alphanumeric combination provided on your confirmation email. If airlines ask for your e-ticket number instead, you can find this either at the bottom of your confirmation email or by looking up your booking details on the 'My Booking' section of our website. Please note, online check-in restrictions and exceptions vary between airlines, so we recommend you familiarise yourself with these before relying on the service on your day of departure.
